Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Easy as. Browse the shop, add the bottles you fancy to your cart, then head to checkout. Pop in your delivery details and payment, and we’ll take it from there.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all the major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your details are encrypted end to end, and we never see or store your card number.
Do I need an account to order?
Not at all. You’re welcome to check out as a guest. That said, creating an account makes reordering a breeze and lets you track your orders. Wine club members get member pricing too. More on that below.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to sort it. Get in touch quick smart and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We ship right across Australia from our base here in Adelaide. Someone over 18 will need to be home to sign for the delivery, as it’s the law with a drop of wine.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it’s headed. Spend over $100 and delivery is on us.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 4pm on a business day are packed and sent the same day. Most metro deliveries land within 2 to 3 business days; regional spots can take a touch longer.
Can I track my order?
Too right. Once your order ships we’ll email you a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to your door.
Returns & Refunds
If something’s not right, whether that’s a corked bottle, a breakage in transit, or the wrong drop turned up, we’ll make it good. Our returns policy runs for 30 days from purchase.
